1Public registrant encompasses the general public, individuals who are not currently students, and teachers or faculty members who are attending without presenting.

3The Pre-conference Workshops will be conducted simultaneously. Please ensure you have selected the correct workshop to attend, as no refunds will be provided for an incorrect selection.

Registration Policies
- The conference fee is non-refundable upon completion of payment.
- We only accept Visa/MasterCard and PayNow for payment and apologise for any inconvenience due to limited payment options. All bank charges incurred are the responsibility of the payee.
- Registrants are advised to select only ONE pre-conference workshop for each AM and PM session, as workshops run concurrently. This ensures full participation without scheduling conflicts.
- The conference dinner seating is limited and available to registrants on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended to secure your spot.
- Students eligible for discounted rates must submit valid proof of status, such as proof of enrollment or a student ID, by emailing these documents to the Conference Secretariat at soh-iscld@ntu.edu.sg for verification purposes. The conference committee reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to validate the discount eligibility and may deregister participants who fail to comply after communication. The decision from the conference committee is final.
- The conference committee will not facilitate claims to your university or organisation for reimbursement of the fee paid. Participants are responsible for submitting any claims to their respective organizations directly.
